How to book a room in the hotel?

What services are included in the room rate?
The following services are included:
– Accommodation in chosen room category;
– Breakfast “buffet” (in 4* building) or complex breakfast (in 3* building);
– Guarded parking;
– Free high-speed Internet access throughout the hotel;
– If you reserve a room in 4* building in our website, you can visit the fitness center every day during the entire stay.
Is there any fitness/Spa/gym/pool in the hotel?
The hotel provides onetime vouchers to the fitness center, which is located in the same building. The largest fitness centre in the city with an area of 5000 m offers a variety of services: gym, pool, Finnish sauna, hammam, salt cave, group trainings. Free vouchers can be used only if the guest stays in the 4*building and if a room was booked directly through the website of the “Triumph Hotel”.
Can children visit the fitness centre?
Children up to 3 years are not allowed to the fitness center. Children older than 3 years are permitted on the same terms as adults.
How do I know if the hotel confirmed my booking?
If you book a hotel through our website, confirmation will come automatically to your email. If you reserve a room by telephone you can ask the administrator to send a confirmation by email.
Is it possible to stay in room with a child and are there any children’s beds?
In all the rooms beginning from “Business Standard” category there is a possibility of installation of extra bed (baby or standard bed). The cost of children’s extra bed (under 12 years) – 1200 rubles, the cost of an adult extra bed (from 13 years) – 2000 rubles. Children under three years stay free (if no need for a separate bed).
Do you have a luggage storage?
Yes. There is a free luggage storage in the hotel.
Are there any balconies in rooms?
Some of the rooms in 4* building are with balconies. It’s part of the Standard rooms and all Deluxe rooms.
How can I order a transfer from the airport to the hotel?
There are two ways to order transfer:
1. You can request a transfer by writing a letter to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org where it is necessary to specify the airport and terminal, flight number, time of arrival, your contact phone number. By return email you will receive an authorization form, in which you will have to put your card details for payment. You will always have to send a copy of the card itself and a copy of passport. Prepayment for service is necessary.
2. You can also order a transfer through the booking module. After choosing a suitable room, the next step you will be asked to book a transfer service. You have to fill in all the fields. Please note that after booking the transfer service, the deposit will be required no matter which rate was chosen.
We are going to arrive early in the morning, will we check-in?
Guaranteed check-in time is from 15:00. In case if You arrive earlier without warning, you may check in only if there are available clean rooms. If you know in advance that you are going to arrive earlier you can notify it when booking a room. In this case, we guarantee an early check-in for extra charge. The cost of early arrival from 06:00 to 15:00 is 50% of one day of accommodation, cost of early arrival before 06:00 is 100% of the cost of one day of accommodation.
I'll check in later in the evening. Will my reservation be valid?
If it is a non-guaranteed reservation, the hotel have a right to cancel your booking after 18:00 on the day of arrival.
I need to stay in the room until evening, is it possible?
This is possible if room is not booked by another guest. Late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 costs 50% of the cost of one day of accommodation, late check-out after 18:00 costs 100% of the cost of one day of accommodation. If you know in advance that you will depart after 12:00 You can notify when booking. In this case, we guarantee a late check-out for extra charge.

In most of rooms in the hotel there are showers. However, there are several rooms with baths. This is one room of category “Suite” and a few rooms of category “Standard” in 4* building.
When and where is the breakfast served?
Breakfast in 4* building is provided in restaurant “Veranda” which is located on the 6th floor, from 7:00 to 11:00. On weekends breakfast is available from 7:00 to 12:00.
Breakfast in 3*building is provided in cafe “Prostokvashino”, which is located on the 6th floor from 7:00 to 10:00.
How to get to the hotel from the railway station by public transport?
The location of the “Triumph Hotel” is convenient because the hotel is situated in the city centre and easily reachable from any point of the city. You can reach 4* building (enterance from Marksa Street) by route taxi №15, 9, 21. You can reach 3* building (enterance from Gagarina Street) by route taxi №2, 12.
